Shadrach

Shadrach, Shad, is a grandson of Call that we kept back for the next generation of our breeding program. He was born June 23rd, 2021. He was born from a litter by an affiliate breeder near Lusk, Wyoming, and his dam went back to our own foundation stud, Gus.

He is not quite as big-boned as his grandsire was, but mixes the bloodlines of Gus and Call perfectly into the small package we breed for. He weighs in around 22 to 23 pounds. Along with the small package, the mixture of bloodlines brings the laid-back temperament of Call with the working drive of Gus.

We’ve been using him to sire litters for only a few years now, but he’s sired some beautiful litters so far, and we look forward to many more years of litters out of him.
